Martin Willoughby Jr. has been named CEO of Emergency Mobile Health Care (EMHC).

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Willoughby brings 25 years of legal and corporate experience to the company. He previously owned Willoughby

Law Firm and later was a Principal with Butler Snow Advisory Services, LLC. He has written three books with a fourth, Intentional Leadership, scheduled to be released this spring.
