Regional One Health has added two member to its leadership team as Jackie Lucas has been named chief information officer and Kelli Saucerman is the new vice president of quality.
Lucas, who has a broad background in healthcare and technology, has served as a senior executive of health systems and has held leadership and management positions in healthcare information technology, operations and finance in community, academic and children's hospitals. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. She has served on advisory boards for multiple organizations including two Fortune 15 companies, AT&T and McKesson. Lucas earned a BBA from Lambuth University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
Saucerman, who most recently served as the executive director of patient safety and reliability of Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, is a nurse who spent several years early in her career in cardiovascular care, critical care and emergency nursing. For the past several years she has held leadership positions over quality, safety, infection control and regulatory departments. She earned a Masters in Nursing from the University of Colorado and a certification in quality and patient safety from Regis University.
