MLBH Leaders Appointed to TNCPE Board of Examiners

A group of leaders from Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLBH) have been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) to the 2016 Board of Examiners. Each year, the TNCPE Award Program recognizes local, regional, and statewide organizations that demonstrate excellence in business operations and results. Ten MLH leaders were selected among the group of 26 examiners. MLH examiners include:

Armika Berkley, Program Manager, MLBH Division of Faith & Health; Charlotte Burns, Clinical Specialist; Michael Dexter, Quality Improvement Project Manager, Le Bonheur; Rachel Dohrity, Data Specialist II; Cathy Hupf, Director; April Jackson, Patient Experience Manager, Methodist Alliance Healthcare; Brittany Karel, Quality Improvement Project Manager I, Methodist North; Simone Lampkin, Quality Improvement Project Manager I, Methodist North; Caleb Lester, Quality Management Project Leader; Silpa Potru, Decision Support Data Specialist

TNCPE examiners are responsible for reviewing and evaluating organizations that apply for the TNCPE Award. The Board of Examiners comprises experts from all sectors of the regional economy, including health care, service, nonprofit, manufacturing, education, and government.
