The Tennessee Medical Association (TMA) Physician Leadership Lab will offer a multi-month course teaching physicians involving skills need to become quality leaders in team-care settings.  Participants will undertake an improvement project, allowing them to apply the skills they have learned in a real-world environment.  Participants will earn three months of individual coaching and consultation while completing the project.  Upon completing the program, the individual will earn a Certification in Healthcare Change Management.

Classes for the 2017 Leadership Lab will begin January 11, 2017. The deadline to apply is Monday, November 28. Applicants must be a TMA/MMS member to participate and may apply at www.tnmed.org/leadership.
