William Kenley, FACHE, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Community Group for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. Kenley will oversee Methodist's community hospitals which consist of Methodist Germantown, North, South, and Olive Branch.
In addition, Kenley will focus on integrating the delivery of care at the community hospitals.
Kenley joined Methodist in 2003 as CEO for Methodist North Hospital, and in 2009 was named CEO for Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. Majoring in chemistry and biology, Kenley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University and continued his education at the School of Medicine at Duke University, completing training as a medical technologist. Kenley furthered his education at Duke to earn his Masters in Healthcare Administration.
Kenley held healthcare leadership roles with HCA for seven years before joining MLH.
He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He serves as chairman of the board for both The Village at Germantown and the City of Germantown's Bobby Lanier Farm Park. Additionally, Kenley serves on the advisory board for the Germantown Performing Arts Center.
