Through this role, Dotson, who holds an MBA, BSN, RN and has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, will be responsible for the continued growth, development and specialization of West's nursing program.

She will also facilitate the strategy and implementation of everyday oncology patient care, define and elevate oncology nursing practices and serve as a member of the senior management team dedicated to clinical practice.

Prior to joining West, Dotson was Senior Vice President in charge of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
